Kalyta. Militants wearing balaclavas seized a UOC church

Church of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church
Address: Kyiv region, Kalita village, Turchanovsky St., 60.
A group of militants in balaclavas attacked the St. Nicholas Church of the UOC. Previously, the OCU raiders falsified documents for the religious community.
Seeing that the believers would continue to defend their church, the criminal group sent militants to the site and seized the temple.
On September 8, 2024, raiders of the OCU seized the temple.
A group of mercenaries in balaclavas came to the shrine, they cut off the locks on the church and announced that the temple was transferred to the OCU.
A raider seizure of the temple began on April 6, 2024, when local activists followed the standard raider scheme and organized a meeting of the territorial community.
The openly anti-church resource "Tribuna-Brovary" calls these people "believers of Kalita village", unwittingly emphasizing that these people have no relation to the parish of the church.
It took the criminals six months to take away the shrine from Orthodox Christians.
