Editor-in-Chief of the media outlet "Glavkom" since 2021
Natalia Antoniuk, using her professional position, took part in a campaign of harassment and incitement of hatred against UOC believers and clergy.
The editor-in-chief of "Glavkom" used derogatory terms in her articles with regard to the Church in order to create an atmosphere of hatred in the context of armed hostilities.
In addition, the journalist published false information about clergy members that damaged their honor and dignity.
On November 25, 2022, an article authored by Antoniuk was published on the "Glavkom" website, in which the editor-in-chief employed hate rhetoric against the Chernivtsi-Bukovyna Eparchy of the UOC.
Antoniuk published an article titled "SBU Found Russian Citizenship Among the Leadership of the Moscow Patriarchate in Bukovyna" about SBU searches at the Chernivtsi-Bukovyna Consistory of the UOC.
The journalist deliberately referred to UOC clergy as the "Moscow Patriarchate" in order to inflame interreligious hatred in the context of the war.
On November 25, 2022, an article authored by Antoniuk was published on the "Glavkom" website, in which the editor-in-chief disseminated false information about UOC clergy.
Antoniuk, citing data from the outlet "Livyi Bereg," alleged an intimate relationship between Bishop Nikita (Storozhuk) of Ivano-Frankivsk and a man, thereby damaging the honor and dignity of the clergyman.
Despite a court ruling recognizing this information as unreliable and defamatory, Antoniuk did not make any corrections to the article.
On December 29, 2022, an article authored by Antoniuk was published on the "Glavkom" website, in which the editor-in-chief employed hate rhetoric against the Khmelnytskyi Eparchy of the UOC.
Antoniuk published an article titled "Searches Are Underway at Monasteries of the Moscow Church in Khmelnytskyi Oblast (photos)," in which she deliberately distorted the name of the UOC.
The editor-in-chief intentionally referred to the UOC as the "Moscow Church" in order to provoke harassment of believers and clergy in the context of the war with the Russian Federation.
