Yustin Boyko is known for his consistent rhetoric of hatred towards believers and clergy of the UOC.

On October 7, 2025, Boyko, in a comment to the Lviv-based NTA resource, stated that "traitors" attend UOC churches, and that in order to "victory" over the UOC, it is necessary to "work" with its priests.

"When it came to the Moscow Patriarchate in Lviv, we proclaimed that we had defeated it. No, we simply changed the label. And this must be acknowledged. And when we work with the priests, then we will win this cause," Boyko declared.

Speaking about the UOC believers who are forced to secretly attend services in their apartments, the Uniate cleric stated that "these are people who have made a choice in their own favor, becoming Muscovites, becoming traitors."

"These are people who are Orthodox Christians of the Moscow Patriarchate and who have Patriarch Kirill, Putin, and the Russian world as their idée fixe," Boyko said. He added, "This disease can be cured by time and death."
